Immersion gives participating artists the opportunity to expand beyond the familiar parameters of their work and to investigate possibilities that they may have previously only touched upon in an informal and relaxed setting. All sounds are partnered by stimulating electronic projections processed live - and tailored for each performance, by video/computer artists invited to produce visuals for the event. The venue is split into a relaxed cafe-bar area with retro furniture - and a gallery/performance room. The venue comfortably has a total capacity for between 60-120 people and is situated in the heart of the vibrant arts community of East/Central London.
